Participation in one or more of the LCC Program's projects is through the completion and signing of a Service Level Agreement between the Linking Councils & Communities program and the interested party.

To date 65 Local Governments have joined the LCC program to develop and host their public websites.

Currently 14 Local Governments have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to participate in the LCC Program's Telecommunication Enhancements sub-project. This MOA is for the provison of a Gateway PC and associated support and security services.
